Custom print jobs

Custom prints made to your design are generally non-returnable once production starts. If we made an error, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a reprint or refund.

Hardware & filament

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Repair services

Repair labour is non-refundable after work is completed; spare parts follow manufacturer warranty where applicable.
